Private Guide Sakura Japan（以下「当事業者」といいます。）は、YATAガイド（以下「当サービス」といいます。）における利用者の個人情報の重要性を認識し、個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の関係法令を遵守するとともに、本プライバシーポリシーに従い、個人情報を適切に取り扱います。
本プライバシーポリシーにおける用語の定義は、別途定めるYATAガイド利用規約（以下「利用規約」といいます。）に従うものとします。
1．取得する情報
当事業者は、当サービスの提供にあたり、以下の情報を取得することがあります。
(1) 利用者が登録または入力する情報
氏名、表示名、メールアドレス、住所、電話番号、生年月日、プロフィール情報、本人確認情報、銀行口座情報その他当サービスの利用または登録に必要な情報
(2) ガイド登録または審査に関連して取得する情報
経歴、資格、経験、対応可能言語、対応地域、提供可能な製品サービスの内容、料金、対応可能日時、面談結果、実技試験結果その他ガイド登録審査に必要な情報
(3) 決済および返金に関連して取得する情報
決済に必要な情報、決済結果、返金に関する情報その他当事業者または当事業者が利用する決済事業者を通じて取得する情報
なお、クレジットカード情報等の全部を当事業者が直接保有しない場合があります。
(4) 当サービスの利用に伴い取得する情報
予約情報、メッセージの送受信内容、レビュー、評価、通報内容、問い合わせ内容、アクセスログ、IPアドレス、Cookieその他の識別子、利用端末情報、ブラウザ情報その他当サービスの利用状況に関する情報
2．利用目的
当事業者は、取得した個人情報を、以下の目的のために利用します。
(1) 当サービスの提供、運営、維持および改善のため
(2) 利用者登録、本人確認、ガイド登録審査、面談、実技試験その他登録・審査手続のため
(3) 予約受付、製品契約の成立・履行、日程変更、キャンセル、返金その他当サービス上の取引の遂行のため
(4) 利用者からの問い合わせ、連絡、苦情、紛争等への対応のため
(5) 利用規約、本ポリシーその他当サービスに関するルールの変更、通知または案内のため
(6) 不正利用、規約違反、トラブルその他当サービスの安全な運営を妨げる行為の防止、調査および対応のため
(7) 利用状況の分析、統計データの作成、新サービスの開発およびサービス改善のため
(8) 当サービスに関連するご案内、重要なお知らせその他当事業者が必要と判断する連絡のため
(9) 上記各目的に付随し、またはこれらに合理的に関連する目的のため
3．利用目的の変更
当事業者は、利用目的を変更する場合には、変更前の利用目的と合理的な関連性を有すると認められる範囲で行うものとし、変更した場合には、本ウェブサイトへの掲載その他適切な方法により公表または通知します。
4．個人情報の適正な取得および管理
当事業者は、偽りその他不正の手段により個人情報を取得しません。
また、個人情報の漏えい、滅失、毀損、改ざん、不正アクセス等を防止するため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
当事業者は、業務委託先に個人情報の取扱いを委託する場合には、当該委託先に対し、必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
5．第三者提供
当事業者は、法令に基づく場合その他法令上認められる場合を除き、あらかじめ本人の同意を得ることなく、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。
ただし、以下の場合はこの限りではありません。
(1) 利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、個人情報の取扱いを委託する場合
(2) 事業承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合
(3) 法令に基づき提供が認められる場合
(4) 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
(5) 国の機関、地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
6．製品契約の履行に伴う利用者間の情報提供
当事業者は、利用規約および本ポリシーに基づき、製品契約の成立、履行、日程調整、連絡対応その他当サービス上の取引に必要な範囲で、旅行者およびガイドの間で必要な情報を相互に提供することがあります。
提供される情報には、氏名、連絡に必要な情報、予約内容、本人確認または取引遂行に必要な情報その他当事業者が必要と認める情報が含まれる場合があります。
当該情報提供は、製品契約の履行、当サービスの運営、安全確保、問い合わせ対応、紛争対応その他これらに付随する目的のために行います。
7．決済事業者等への提供
当事業者は、決済、返金、不正利用の確認その他これらに関連する事務のため、当事業者が利用する決済事業者、金融機関その他の関係事業者に対し、必要な範囲で利用者情報を提供することがあります。
当サービスでは、決済手段としてStripeその他当事業者が指定する決済事業者を利用する場合があります。
これらの事業者による情報の取扱いについては、各事業者の定める規約またはプライバシーポリシーにも従うものとします。
8．保有個人データの開示、訂正、利用停止等
当事業者は、本人から、個人情報保護法に基づき保有個人データの開示を求められた場合には、本人確認の上、法令に従って適切に対応します。
なお、開示請求1件につき、情報の検索、本人確認、整理および提供に要する事務手数料として、1,000円を申し受けます。
9．Cookie等の利用
当事業者は、当サービスの利便性向上、利用状況の把握、不正利用防止、広告・分析その他サービス改善のため、Cookie、端末識別子その他これに類する技術を利用することがあります。
これらの情報は、個人情報に該当しない場合でも、個人関連情報として取り扱われることがあります。
利用者は、ブラウザの設定によりCookie等を無効化することができますが、その場合、当サービスの一部機能が利用できなくなることがあります。
10．外部サービスとの連携
当サービスは、第三者SNSサービスその他外部サービスと連携する場合があります。
利用者が当該外部サービスを利用する場合には、当該外部サービス提供者の定める利用規約およびプライバシーポリシー等にも従うものとします。

Privacy Policy
Private Guide Sakura Japan (the “Operator”) recognizes the importance of Users’ personal information in connection with YATA Guide (the “Service”), and handles personal information appropriately in accordance with this Privacy Policy while complying with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations.
The definitions of terms used in this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the separately established YATA Guide Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”).
1. Information We May Collect
In providing the Service, the Operator may collect the following information:
(1) Information registered or entered by Users
Name, display name, email address, address, telephone number, date of birth, profile information, identity verification information, bank account information, and any other information necessary for the use of or registration for the Service.
(2) Information collected in connection with guide registration or screening
Background, qualifications, experience, supported languages, service areas, details of Product Services that can be provided, fees, available dates and times, interview results, practical examination results, and any other information necessary for guide registration screening.
(3) Information collected in connection with payments and refunds
Information necessary for payment, payment results, information relating to refunds, and any other information obtained by the Operator or through payment service providers used by the Operator.
Please note that the Operator may not directly retain all credit card information or similar information.
(4) Information collected through use of the Service
Reservation information, message contents sent and received, reviews, ratings, reports, inquiry details, access logs, IP addresses, cookies and other identifiers, device information, browser information, and any other information relating to usage of the Service.
2. Purposes of Use
The Operator uses acquired personal information for the following purposes:
(1) To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
(2) To conduct user registration, identity verification, guide registration screening, interviews, practical examinations, and other registration and screening procedures.
(3) To carry out transactions on the Service, including acceptance of reservations, formation and performance of Product Agreements, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
(4) To respond to inquiries, communications, complaints, disputes, and similar matters from Users.
(5) To provide notice of or guidance regarding changes to the Terms of Use, this Policy, or other rules relating to the Service.
(6) To prevent, investigate, and respond to unauthorized use, violations of the Terms of Use, troubles, and other acts that interfere with the safe operation of the Service.
(7) To analyze usage, create statistical data, develop new services, and improve the Service.
(8) To provide information relating to the Service, important notices, and other communications that the Operator deems necessary.
(9) For purposes incidental to, or reasonably related to, any of the foregoing purposes.
3. Changes to the Purposes of Use
If the Operator changes the purposes of use, such change shall be made only to the extent reasonably recognized as having relevance to the original purposes of use. If such change is made, the Operator shall announce or notify Users thereof by posting on the Website or by any other appropriate method.
4. Proper Acquisition and Management of Personal Information
The Operator shall not acquire personal information by deception or any other wrongful means.
The Operator shall take necessary and appropriate security control measures to prevent leakage, loss, damage, alteration, unauthorized access, and similar incidents involving personal information.
If the Operator entrusts the handling of personal information to a contractor, the Operator shall exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over such contractor.
5. Provision to Third Parties
Except as otherwise permitted under applicable laws and regulations, the Operator shall not provide personal information to any third party without obtaining the prior consent of the individual concerned.
However, this shall not apply in the following cases:
(1) Where the handling of personal information is entrusted to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
(2) Where personal information is provided in connection with a business succession.
(3) Where provision is permitted by laws and regulations.
(4) Where it is necessary for the protection of a person’s life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the individual’s consent.
(5) Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, local government, or a person entrusted thereby in performing duties prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the individual’s consent is likely to impede the performance of such duties.
6. Provision of Information Between Users in Connection with Performance of Product Agreements
Pursuant to the Terms of Use and this Policy, the Operator may mutually provide necessary information between Travelers and Guides to the extent necessary for the conclusion and performance of Product Agreements, schedule adjustments, communications, and other transactions on the Service.
The information provided may include names, contact information necessary for communication, reservation details, information necessary for identity verification or transaction performance, and any other information that the Operator deems necessary.
Such provision of information shall be made for the purposes of performance of Product Agreements, operation of the Service, ensuring safety, responding to inquiries, handling disputes, and purposes incidental thereto.
7. Provision to Payment Service Providers, etc.
For payments, refunds, confirmation of unauthorized use, and other related administrative matters, the Operator may provide User information to payment service providers, financial institutions, and other related business operators used by the Operator, to the extent necessary.
The Service may use Stripe or other payment service providers designated by the Operator as means of payment.
The handling of information by such business operators shall also be governed by the terms or privacy policies established by each such operator.
8. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc. of Retained Personal Data
If an individual requests disclosure of retained personal data pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Operator shall, after verifying the identity of the requester, respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
A fee of JPY 1,000 per disclosure request shall be charged as an administrative fee for searching, identity verification, organizing, and providing the relevant information.
9. Use of Cookies, etc.
The Operator may use cookies, device identifiers, and other similar technologies for the purposes of improving convenience of the Service, understanding usage, preventing unauthorized use, advertising, analysis, and other service improvements.
Such information may be handled as personally referable information even if it does not constitute personal information.
Users may disable cookies and similar technologies through their browser settings; however, in such case, some functions of the Service may become unavailable.
10. Integration with External Services
The Service may be integrated with Third-Party SNS Services and other external services.
If a User uses such external services, the User shall also comply with the terms of use, privacy policies, and other rules established by the providers of such external services.

12. Continuous Improvement and Amendments
