Mt. Fuji Mythology & Spiritual Cultural Guide 【About Me】 I am an independent researcher and cultural interpreter specializing in ancient Japanese mythology, shrine traditions, and stories connected with Mt. Fuji. After many years in corporate life, I decided to devote more time to my lifelong interest in Japanese history, mythology, and spiritual culture. My research draws on the Kojiki, Nihon Shoki, shrine traditions, ancient chronicles, comparative mythology, and regional folklore. I also publish essays and Kindle books on comparative mythology and spiritual interpretations of Japanese tradition, including: ・Sarutahiko Might Be Jesus Christ – Revelation of Takaamahara ・Sarutahiko Might Be Jesus Christ II – The Age of Aquarius These books present my personal comparative interpretations rather than established historical theories. My tours distinguish between established historical sources, local traditions, and my own comparative interpretations. In addition to my historical and mythological research, I also study Thoth Tarot and traditional Japanese Reiki as cultural and symbolic systems that inform my broader interest in spiritual traditions. 【Guiding Philosophy】 Rather than offering only a sightseeing tour, I aim to help guests discover the stories, symbols, and beliefs that have shaped the culture of Mt. Fuji. My guiding approach combines: historical and mythological sources shrine traditions and symbolism regional stories and folklore personal comparative interpretations My goal is to help you experience Mt. Fuji not only as a mountain, but also as a living cultural symbol that has inspired people for generations. Three Styles of Guiding I adjust the depth and style of the tour according to each guest’s interests. Tourism Level Clear and easy-to-understand explanations of shrine history, local traditions, and cultural background. Historical and Mythological Level More detailed explanations based on the Kojiki, Nihon Shoki, shrine records, genealogies, and comparative mythology. Spiritual and Symbolic Level Exploration of symbolic connections between Japanese traditions and subjects such as Sumerian mythology, esoteric traditions, the Emerald Tablets, and the Akashic Records. Guests may choose one style or a combination of several styles. Please note that some spiritual and comparative interpretations introduced during the tour are my personal perspectives. They are not generally accepted historical theories or official teachings of the shrines. 【Schedule and Transportation】 I normally guide on Tuesdays and Thursdays so that I can balance guiding with my research, writing, and fieldwork. Other days may be available upon request. Tours require a rental car arranged and driven by the guest. I will meet you at your accommodation in the Kawaguchiko area and join you in your vehicle. During the tour, I provide route guidance, navigation support, and cultural explanations. Transportation costs, rental-car fees, parking fees, meals, and other personal expenses are not included in the guide fee. 【Message the Guide】 Mt. Fuji is not only a natural wonder.
